As usual nothing happens for ages, then we have four posts in one day!
Rachel is yet again set to support charity next month when she and Niamh appear at Belfast's Queens University Women's Day Cabaret Party to help raise funds for the local Rape Crisis Centre.
Also appearing will be X-Factor star Rowetta and Swing singer James Huish, with other names to be announced.
