Today we are delighted to welcome a very special new contributor to the blog. Karen is a close friend of Rachel's -- she has known her from childhood, appeared with her on stage and remains in regular contact.
In fact Karen played the dual roles of 'Glinda' and 'Auntie Em' alongside Rachel in the Wizard Of Oz and you can see her on stage in the photos below.
During 'I'd Do Anything', Karen ran Rachel's Facebook group which attracted a membership of over 800.
Karen will be able to give us a unique insight into Rachel as a person and keep everyone up to date on her career path.
As with Rachel's career, our site has entered an exciting new phase and we're delighted to be a part of it.
