As commented by Stephanie in our previous post. Rachel did a lovely interview with WOS after picking up her much deserved award. What are you waiting for, check it out!
i love it! can't believe we only NOW learn that Rachel went for Elphaba before! crazy! it's so nice to know she's doing the thing and part that she loves every night! :) x
Two other surprises (at least for me) that Rachel often gets asked to record original songs and turns them down...AND she said she'll be playing Elphaba "at LEAST" until December. Which implies that she'll possibly continue well into 2012! Cool! After all, she is a big draw. Actually the fact she and Louise being personal friends and appearing together is a big draw as well!

Aww i remember speaking to Karen right at the beginning of IDA and hearing from her how Rachel had been auditioning for Elphaba and had got really close to it! Think that was when i decided that she and Lee Mead(/Daniel Boys - wasnt overly fussy!) would be my perfect pairing..n'aww!

Yeh I really wouldn't be surprised if they asked them to continue for another year!
But then it wouldn't surprise me if they asked her to go over to Broadway like Kerry Ellis!

She should have a whole weekly TV variety show starring Rachel Tucker!
